Dolcecuore is one of the \u201cGran Specialit\u00e0\u201d of Salumificio Vitali; it is a square prosciutto, uncovered on the upper part, with no shank, no bone and no hock.
\nThe raw material is carefully selected and only the \u2018heart\u2019 of the leg, with the right ratio of fat to lean, is used to produce this speciality. As well as salt, the recipe includes the addition of garlic and pepper which, together with the attentive and artisanal processing, give the product a unique flavour and aroma.
\nDolcecuore is available in the classic version in a vacuum pack or without rind.
