Vitali guanciale is the product of the Vitali family\u2019s 60 years of experience in the production of typical cold meats. To produce mature guanciale we only use 100% Italian meat, processed according to a traditional recipe and naturally matured, with no additives or preservatives. Cured guanciale is an excellent product, perfect in all dishes and available in three versions: natural, with pepper or with chilli pepper. Its strong flavour and high quality fat make it perfect for the preparation of appetisers, first and main courses with unexpected combinations that will bowl you over.
