M\u00e9langez le tout. Faites dissoudre la levure dans l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de. Une fois dissoute, ajoutez l\u2019ensemble dans le saladier pour compl\u00e9ter la p\u00e2te. Placez un film plastique sur le saladier et laissez reposer pendant 3-4\u00a0heures. Une fois que la p\u00e2te a doubl\u00e9 de volume, d\u00e9tachez des petits boules de p\u00e2te d\u2019environ 30\u00a0g que vous aplatirez ensuite avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des disques de p\u00e2te d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur de 5\u00a0mm. Les disques de p\u00e2te doivent ensuite \u00eatre cuits dans la machine \u00e0 pain pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 cet effet ou dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la farce<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 avec l\u2019eau chaude (approximativement 50 degr\u00e9s) et ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mixeur plongeant, travaillez le m\u00e9lange jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la texture ferme (mais pas trop). Coupez le poireau en fines lamelles et faites-le cuire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9touff\u00e9e \u00e0 feu doux en utilisant un couvercle dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive avec une noix de beurre.
