Selezione Vitali Cured Prosciutto

The raw materials that go into producing Selezione Vitali prosciutto are carefully selected to guarantee our most demanding customers heavy hams with a perfect balance of lean and fat. All prosciuttos in the “Selezione Vitali” range are cured for a minimum of 12 months and, like all our prosciuttos, are produced without the use of preservatives. The result is a heavy prosciutto with a sweet and delicate flavour.
